Three-Z-Supply provides reliable delivery services for both homeowners and commercial customers. Our fleet of trucks, operated by skilled and professional drivers, ensures top-quality service.
We deliver to most of Northeastern Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Lake, and Geauga counties.
To accommodate your needs, please note the following order size requirements:
Minimum delivery size: 1 cubic yard or ton
Maximum load per trip:
Single Axle (Residential Deliveries)
Up to 20 yards of mulch
Up to 10 yards of soil
Up to 10 tons of aggregate (sand, gravel, limestone, etc.)
We’re happy to make multiple trips if needed! (Additional delivery fees will apply)
For a small fee, Three-Z can put a split board in the bed of the truck that acts a second tailgate, which allows us to deliver 2 products at once! It is always cheaper to do this compared to getting 2 separate deliveries.
Minimum delivery size for split load: 1 cubic yard/ton of 2 materials
Maximum load per trip:
We have 2 locations that we can put the split board in the bed of the truck:
7 yards/tons of one material and 2 yards/tons of the second
5 yards/tons of one material and 5 yards/tons of the second
For a Split Load Delivery, Please contact our office @ 216-524-4544
Our drivers will do their best to drop materials where requested. However, some conditions may limit the available drop locations. Please have an alternate location in mind if any of the following are present:
Overhead obstructions (branches, wires, overhangs, etc.)
Wet or soft ground
Steep slopes or uneven terrain
Newly poured concrete driveways
Narrow access points (e.g., fences)
To prevent staining from dyed materials, we recommend placing a tarp on your driveway before delivery.
Please note: The material will naturally spread during dumping. If you select a drop site near a fence, building, or other structure, be prepared for potential spillage.
To ensure smooth delivery, the site must have:
A minimum clearance of 10 feet in width and 15-18 feet in height
No low-hanging branches, gutters, or other obstructions
Additionally, please be aware that the weight of the delivery truck may damage older driveways.
If you will not be home at the time of delivery, mark a clear drop location. If no designated spot is visible, the driver will either choose the best available location or may decide not to deliver at all.
Our drivers have full discretion in determining a safe and suitable dump site, so we recommend having a backup location in mind.
Drivers can drop materials in multiple spots on the property or a directly neighboring home. Drivers will perform split drop off to the best of their abilities, however, amounts will not be exactly split and we do not guarantee the ability to split materials.
Drivers will not go onto neighbor’s property without their consent.
Tailgate dumping (spreading material out as it dumps) is available at no extra charge, but results may vary.
Trucks will remain on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, or stone). If you request off-pavement dumping, you must sign a consent form. Three-Z-Supply reserves the right to refuse off-pavement dumping if deemed unsafe.
If a delivery is refused upon arrival, the delivery fee will still apply.
While we take every precaution, deliveries may result in property damage due to truck weight, material placement, or site conditions. Potential risks include:
Cracks, stains, or indentations from truck weight
Contact with tree branches, wires, fences, or tight spaces
Material spillage beyond the drop area
Three-Z-Supply makes all final decisions regarding delivery and unloading procedures.
By accepting the delivery, you assume responsibility for any potential property damage.
